CEE 521 Principles of Fitness and Health: The study of the importance of physical activity in the enhancement of performance, quality of life, and prevention of disease. The course examines the principles of physical activity as it relates to both athlete and non-athlete. Additionally, the course includes the physiological aspects of physical activity and how it affects the body in terms of overall health.
