CER 527 Concepts of Wellness: Wellness is not a static condition but a continual balance of the different dimensions of human needs. These dimensions are spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, physical, occupational, and environmental. This course is designed to help students gain knowledge and understanding in a variety of areas, with the goal of using that information to make behavioral changes that will have a positive impact on their lives.
