Maternity Wellness Program
Physical activity and exercise is essential to leading a healthy lifestyle. This is especially true when you are pregnant. Exercise that is light-to-moderate in intensity can improve your quality of life, lessen many discomforts associated with pregnancy, and provide for a better labor and delivery experience. This course is designed to help you better understand the changes your body undergoes during pregnancy, common pregnancy discomforts, and exercise techniques to prepare your body for birth and favorable recovery.
